These are policies that do not allow women to work at the same time tending to their babies and may include short maternity leaves as compared to those of Europe. The other downside is the negative attitude toward women especially on the issue of getting pregnant. As can be compared to Europe, there are benefits such as offering of generous leaves and free diapers which are inexistent in USA.
